I was offered a review package to try this service, which I used on a site which was not doing much in SERPS.
Package consists of , Edu sites, Doc submissions, Web2.0's and also article submissions thus offering a wide diversity of links.
Report was delivered last week, but as I've been busy travelling I've not left feedback but this has given more time for links to index.
Already seeing signs of improvement in rankings, keywords were low to medium difficulty / comp but this package looks to be helping things improve.
TAT isn't the quickest, but that's not a problem to me, overall a decent service.
