Can you tell me why not? Because nothing personal of course but it is getting pretty annoying having hosters offering their services on a IM forum and they don't allow email..

Thats because we offer hosting website not mass emails. Reason behind that is because abusers spam the heck out of IP's causing them to become blacklisted and it takes money and time to un blacklist them.

I get this but I'm using a service like Aweber who don't allow spamming. You must understand when you sell website hosting on a IM forum that people will build email lists. Now I need to solve my email problem and this is whole SMTP stuff is exactly a topic I don't know nothing about.
I checked out amazon SES but that website is confusing AF.

Hey,
I've now had this Hosting Provider for almost 2 months and I can honestly say they are the best service I have ever used, When I have any questions I can contact Support and my issues are fixed in minuets not hours, I also can contact Jake if I need more help and he will give me some advice. My hosting is as fast as it was on day one and Jake even took the time to share with me some tips on speeding up my website. The Price you pay doesnt even match the great level of support you get I feel like we are cheating them by shuch low costs, When we first transfered we had many issues which were taken care of right away and fixed, because of the level of commitment from Jake when he said CentOS Webpanel was causing many of the issues I immenditaly offered to pay for cPanel which I would never do but because of the great support and help I felt it easier on them to help me Compared to hostgator this company is miles better

After some unmanaged VPS hosting somewhere else because I always want to do things myself and as cheap as possible I came to the realization that even though I did an average job setting everything up as a Linux noob hosting my own websites that I was just losing too much time to keep everything managed so I switched to managed hosting with haste hosting.
As already mentioned by a couple people in this thread, Jake is a really nice guy. He always wants to help and think with you which is rare these days.
I currently using their managed VPS. I was used to 2 totally different panels that they use (they use WHM and Cpanel) so I had and still have a lot of questions and their support team is always there to help out.
They are a small company but they provide better support and plans than most known hosters.
