Please stop hiring those god damn indians, each time I try to chat with them or open a support ticket they are only able to give some bot-like answers and they're not helpful at all!
You think that by hiring them you actually make more profit since you probably pay them a lot less but in fact you are only losing customers. Please, get rid of them or hire only the ones that are actually competent and CAN speak english..I don't know, test them with a skype call or something!

I dont usually post reviews but Today is a Must. The team over at PowerUpHosting Gets a 10/10 from me. The support was extremely Fast and professional. I posted a ticket and within 5-10min it was answered and Fixed.
The owner is usually on skype and willing to help/talk to you, to help get things done smoothly.
It was instant Setup which was really fantastic as I was in a rush to get things going as my old server was down for 2 days as some of you know. So instant setup is a huge bonus to most people if not all.
So far the speeds are amazing, I havent had any lag or slow down.
I cant comment on downtime as im new to this service but im sure it will me 0 to minimal if it does happen.
Anyways if your looking for offshore hosting you need to give these guys a chance.
