Tried to order an article of 2500 words, the order number is 1941.
I saw many people complained the TAT, I understand it need time to keep the quality but hope not to wait for too long.

So far over a month an a half for an article the same size. I wouldn't hold your breath.

Approaching 3 months since my order and have only received 3.5 articles of the 15 articles ordered - Would like to ask for a refund as I have had to send the work elsewhere for a quicker TAT - happy to pay for the work completed thus far, but please issue a refund for the uncompleted work.

Feedback - Have used these guys a couple of times in the past and are generally really good for the price, however this time TAT is approaching 3 months for 22,000 words, only received about 6000 words.

Similar situation here. I placed 2 orders, one was 2 months ago and I have recieved 3,000 words out of 14,000. The second order was placed a month ago, and I'm assuming not started. I would like my second order refunded, as this is way to long of a TAT.

Sent the 5th partial delivery, please check. We're really feeling sorry right now because we couldn't deliver your work on time.
