Negative

Buyers should be warned that delivery times are extremely high with no communication to customers once deadlines are missed. This can be seen from replies in this BST and my own experience below.

After harassing today, my order placed on 27th July with a 5-7 day TAT is now expected 22-24th August. This is the 2nd time the TAT has been changed for this order.

Another order placed on the 27th July was delivered 11th August. No update from OP, had to hassle to find out what to expect.

Come on @tahajawed, you need to get your existing orders sorted before taking on new ones and you need to improve customer communication, talk to us, let us know if you are having delivery issues. We plan our sites around content, you are only a step in the process, other work is scheduled with other suppliers based on your TAT, not communicating means you are messing others around when you miss deadlines.

Please note the point on communication. Let your customers know if there are delays to their orders, manage the conversation and expectations, otherwise your customers end up getting pissed off.

Review Time

Been awhile since I use a shine header for a review.
I was lucky to be given a chance to review this article writing service. And since the price is kinda low. I was not expecting too much.
But man! I was in for a surprise!

The article I got was well research, focused. The English is superb and no single error detected.
The only downside to this is that the TAT (although the article is free) is far too long. Everything else is breeze.

P.s. I also noticed that the article has no sub-heading/sub-titles, this is important if you ask me.

Am going to start a new site and this guys will be doing all the writing.

Review: I ordered 2x1000 word articles to test the water before ordering more. I can say that the quality of their work is first class! The content is both engaging, well researched and interesting.

I have to say the article content was much better than expected.

Order process is good in that you can give a focus keyword, upto 2 secondary keywords and even a title if you prefer.
