Communication - awesome. Contacted them predominately through their Skype channels
TAT - Very slow, but was still able to beat his estimated TAT to me. This was expected from the start
Quality - For this price, it's excellent. I only made a few slight edits to aid readability and to suit my money site. Absolutely no issues, and will more than likely order again if I'm not rushing for cheap quality content
