Every 3 hours we check and update our pool of proxies. We change not working proxies with fresh ones. So you get 20-30% of new proxies every 3 hour.

That's right. You get a list of 6-9k ips with different ports with unique ip adress (proxy) on each port.
I sell each list only to 4 clients maximum.
