As i mentioned previously we don't have accounts with created BM yet, but you can try MarketPlace accounts. But they will arrive very soon. In a couple of weeks.
Usually it takes a few days of warm up before you go to use accounts on full capacity

I can't tell how many times you can in groups with this accounts, because it all depends on how you perform this actions.
Even my personal account gets roadblocks on facebook when i am just interacting with my friends. So regarding activity limits - you should know it for yourself as a marketer.
I don't think we have an account that has much activity over the years, because it will cost too much to produce it, usually nobody wants to pay extra for that. But we have accounts that were created last year and have some friends and their timeline is pretty active.
