The HR views are used if you want to rank your video to higher position while the non HR views is also used to rank but it is only giving a small effect. Non HR still has effects if you mixed it with other youtube engagements like yt likes, subs, comments, shares, and favs.

Hi! To answer your questions the follower may drop but you can just contact us if that happens for refill. Nope they are not engaging coz they are only artificial, you cannot find "real followers" on panels since real users will be waay more pricey than artificial.
