USA Rotating Proxies does not rotate in 10 min, 2 hours pass still same IP'S. PLEASE FIX THIS

I contacted support as well and told it was my problem. well since that I just canceled...sorry i love you guys but after support just blew me off. I have tons of work to do and cant wait around. I also send tons of people your way from my business too...without affiliate links.
