What's your website? Can't find a link....

I saw that on your "clean, virgin, untouched proxies" you restrict the usage to specific URL's. I am interested in that restriction, (like I have a filter on my computer), but the minimum there is a full block (256), which I don't have any use for. Would you be able to restrict a regular proxy?
