OP, i think you should create a system so that your client know when to expect the delivery. Very keen to order, but delivery time for even 1 article also 4-6days?

Mate we have a waiting queue, in which orders are done on a first come and first serve basis. However, we do have some writers allocated to urgent orders and we can allocate those orders to them if notified to us before hand.

However your suggestion has been noted, and we'll try to improve the delivery time of smaller orders.

I sent an email almost a week ago and only got a reply back a few days ago, and am still waiting for a reply back. A week is a really long time just to put an order in, and have to wait days and days just to get a reply !
