What is the transaction ID for the latest article? We had sent you an invoice, asking you to make payment, no payment was received in 4 days time after which we deleted the article which was completed.
We take advance payments only, if you were allowed a credit period, please forward us an email of that to [email protected] and we'll get the article re-done and send it over in 24hours, however, if no credit period was allowed, please don't force us to work against our policies.
This service has been running and is currently running. We are still taking orders.

It looks as if people have been having trouble communicating with you by PM here on BHW. You have said in the thread you prefer to be contacted by your email.
Your original post asks people to PM you their details, and this is how things are commonly done on BHW.
I suggest you CHANGE or update your original post to state that you prefer to be emailed rather than PM. Not everyone will read through the entire thread. If people do not get responses because of this mis-understanding, this causes aggravation.
