I ordered 4 - 600 word articles. Only one of the articles had any decent ideas and this one I ended up heavily editing and rewriting because of terrible grammar. The article was obviously written by someone who is not a native english speaker and it was really obvious.
The remaining three articles only had a few lines of the subject matter I asked for. It looks likes someone spent five minutes researching, then spun the content for all three of the remaining articles!
If you want to try this service I would recommend only ordering one article and review! Do not spend money for multiple articles like I did until you sample first!
I am back to spending 10-15$ per article for original, well-written, compelling content that has actually been researched for more than 5 minutes.

I understand that you are not terribly happy with the service, but since we have more then 30-40 writers working for us, at times substandard content does get through without being caught, we have a high number of editors working for us to prevent this, but since everyone is just human over-here, errors are made.
However, since we have communicated time and time again over this thread, we will issue a refund worth 100% to any customer, who isn't happy with the content.
I've just taken a look at your articles, and i completely understand what you mean. If you would like, i can correct them myself for you and send them back. Or if you want, we can issue a 100% refund in 24hours.
I'm just surprised that you never emailed me or PM'd me asking me to correct the articles prior to posting something here.
Anyway, i've sent you an email, let me know however i can help.

This service is 2 years strong, many services fail to give good communication and outright fail and drop off never to be seen again. The most important thing to me is customer service/communication. The fact that you can have your articles rewritten so you are satisfied, in my opinion, is the best anyone can hope for. I give them my highest rating and greatly appreciate the efforts.

This is my review.
I am very disappointed by this service. I purchased 5 articles to try out this service out.
I made my purchase on March 27. At the time I was quoted 3-4 days delivery time. I finally received my articles today, April 10th. A full 10 days late. I had to contact the writer several times to receive my articles. On April 7th he told me they were done, only to have to wait another three days for them to be sent.
The articles themselves were written at about a 6th grade level. Spelling was fine, but structure was VERY inconsistent and almost unreadable.
While others here seem to have had a great experience, I will not be ordering again despite really needing a content writer right now. Quality and service were just too low.

We make sure that quality content is delivered, if there are any problems with the quality or the TAT we provide a 100% refund or provide as many corrections as are required.
Please email me with the content which was delivered to you, along with your transaction id, we will immediately send a refund your way or if you want i can have these articles corrected personally myself.
There is no need to freak out, we are humans as-well, and we do make mistakes at times. But the best thing is that we are here and are willing to correct the problems caused.
