Will you have some patience!? It's a weekend - I said i'll resend the articles to you and asked you to provide an alternate email address if you have not yet received the articles.
I still don't see that in my inbox, but you're complaining about not receiving the articles. If you would send over an alternate email address, i would be in a position to have them re-sent!
Kindly PM me an alternate email address and i'll have them sent over to you in a few hours, when my assistant comes in, and please have patience, i usually have no staff coming in over weekends, but i've asked my assistant to have them sent as a special case, so please have patience.

Correction - I asked you to send over your transaction id along with your alternate email over, so i could refund you the amount and give you rights to the articles since you have such a hard time in waiting.
Your order was placed on the 12th of January, today is the 17th of January, so it's hardly been 5 days.
I have time and time again stated on this thread, and all my customers know that a normal waiting time is 3-4 days.
We are closed over the weekends, so technically it's only been 3 days, and i don't like the fact that you continuously have been posting all sorts of non-sense on the thread, when i have clearly stated that i will get the articles sent to you TODAY.
I PM'd twice yesterday, and waited for a response but never heard back from you. The time you messaged, it was around 2 AM my time, so i would seriously suggest that you consider the fact that we live in different parts of the world and it doesn't mean that you're up i would be up and on the computer as well.
Just in case if you still failed to understand the entire conversation, your articles are on their way, along with a refund - And from next time on, please understand we have our own waiting times and QUEUES.
If you have urgent needs for your articles, please make sure you agree a time line with us first, instead of pressurizing us later.
You'll have the articles in 90-120minutes or so.

OP said the articles were ready when he PMed me (Saturday) asking what email he should send them to.
What erks me about it is, the PM that he replied to showed the previous messages sent and my email was in there from when I placed the order.

I just re-sent the articles mate. For some odd reason they were stuck in my Drafts folder, they were ready the moment we had asked you for the email address.

Not everyone works the weekend, and over here in the USA, it was a fed holiday on Monday (Marktin Luther King day). So pretty much everyone in the USA takes Friday, Sat, Sunday and Monday off work.
