Just giving others an update on my experiences:
8/20
Ordered on 5x 300. Sent paypal money as well as a msg. Didn't hear back.
8/23
Sent a follow up msg and post to hear about my articles. They responded saying they did not get a msg originally, they will now work on it.
8/26
Got an email bright and early(3am) regarding my articles. Topic was not what I had asked for whatsoever so I sent a reply. Assuming they were just so busy that they skimmed my msg and assumed what I wanted. Got a reply hour or two later saying they will work on it.
8/28
Still waiting on my articles. Hoping OP will read this and provide updated turnaround. Going to msg them as well. Order (Unique Transaction ID #02H93509CV603813Y)

I've already sent you the corrected articles 12 hours ago - Please let me know if they are fine
The current TAT is 2-3 days for 10 articles x 500words.
Unless exceptionally stated by us, the TAT remains the same. Please feel free to E-mail me and ask for your updates, it's highly possible that i already delviered the articles to your PayPal email and you never got it because of your SPAM filters.
So PM me with an alternate email address, and i'll get them re-sent!
Your articles are already done
Please give me your email address so that they can be delivered, i already sent a PM message around 24hours ago.If you are still unhappy with the content, or would want something improved in them. We are still here, i have no problems what so ever in you sending me the articles again, so i can get them revised.
Quite surprised that you didn't ask me to do any corrections, i could have gotten it re-delivered in 24hours

I'm not sure if you are sending this as a notification or a complaint? In any case, you should be opening a support ticket on the website, since you placed the order there.
Kindly inquire about our TAT BEFORE placing the order, instead of complaining later. On august 25th, the TAT for 15 articles x 400words was 5-6 days.
It is now 6 days and articles are ready for delivery, they are just being proof read.
I'd suggest that when you are placing the order the next time, you ask me how much time i can have the articles ready in. Making such posts, just ruins my reputation on this forum, without any good reason.

Just for the record, I ordered 5 articles x 300 words and the order was placed on August 24th. I also PM'd you an alternate email even though I check my spam folder and have not seen anything there.
