My course has nothing with push notifications. Its all about how to create optimized ads on social/google/bing.. and how to optimize your lander, etc.. if the full scope from start to finish.

Excellent! and NO this is all white hat - no black hat as that isn't a long term sustainable business model i feel... others may disagree.
I would recommend to start with $50/day depending on niche..but that is a good general rule to start.
Yes you can make money of course, some people are profitable in first week, but its better to expect in the a month as optimizing and learning is key.
