I've ordered content here before and they have always been very prompt to reply to emails and to deliver articles. No reply to emails for 36 hours which is unusual and I see that their website has gone suspended. Hopefully nothing too serious.
 
The last email contact I had with them was April 24th and then they got back in touch with me yesterday April 30th and delivered the articles I ordered. They said the delay was due to personal issues although their website is still suspended right now.

I just wanted to follow up here as any dealings I have had before they have been very prompt to reply to emails and deliver articles, so any delay was unusual and cause for concern. But it seems they are back up and running now anyway although they haven't logged in here since April 23rd.
