I have a very specific requirement for event descriptions, which is an on-going task as new events come along all the time. So I thought I'd trial Connor with 5 events, as I have done with a few other writers outside of BHW. This is also my first purchase from a BHW seller and wasn't sure what to expect.
  • Very friendly and easy to deal with over email
  • Quick to respond to email queries
  • Took time to understand what I was looking for
  • The descriptions were delivered in a timely manner, just 2 or 3 days after payment, despite me being a bit slow on any response as I was on vacation
  • While the descriptions were relatively short (at my request), the writing is very good, unique, and didn't require any editing
This is the best writer I've worked with so far on my requirement. I'll be using Connor in the future, and will be placing another order this weekend. 5 stars!

Made an order 4 days ago for one article. 3 days ago he said he would complete it that day. The order hasnt been completed and I haven't received an email since. I don't mind an order being late at all, but there should be an email saying "Sorry I'm late, your order will be completed in 2 or 3 days or whenever".

As far as the quality, I can't comment on it because I haven't seen it. The quality could be great, but the customer service is lacking. I'll probably end up paying someone else to write it.

You are partially right. You've just sent me an email with order details, but you haven't made payment from the content. It's hard to assume for me that you would pay for the content. Anyone can come and claim that he/she found me on BHW or any random forum. How can I work like that? I even asked you to leave a message on my thread that you have placed an order, just to verify that you are a member on BHW. It was just to avoid the scams.

I haven't received any response on this since 4 days. Moreover, you could just send me an email saying "Sorry I'm late, your payment will be sent in 2 or 3 days or whatever." Anyways, good luck working with other sellers. I am sorry that we couldn't work together. Have a nice day!

You said you were going to start writing the article. And I specifically said, "OK, let me know when the article is finished". How can I send you a payment when I dont know how many words the article is going to be? Should I just assume that you were lying when you said you were going to start the article and just send you a payment for a random number of words? Like I said, your customer service is lacking. You need to learn how to run a business. You need to be organized. Good luck.

It was clearly mentioned in your email that you needed an article of 500 words. You also mentioned that if the wordcount crosses the limit, then you would even pay the difference. Anyways, I appreciate you for considering me worthy for the position. If you still need this article, I can do it for you within 24 hours. If I fail to do this task in the provided timeline, I'll not charge a penny from you. Even if you want to order content in near future, I'll be happy to assist you.
