Hi can you tell me if I buy a tumblr, how long do the metrics last for and why they drop. There is another thread that says the re-registration of the tumble cuts the links and this is why the metrics die. Any ideas. Do the metrics remain?

Nobody can predict when will the TF drop, it's unstable and updated once daily.

And regarding that links get cut after reregistration, that's total bullshit. Who claims that?

I know nothing about tumblr so that's why I asked.

If the tumblr has a redirect, does it still carry the link juice?

I am not a fan of 301 redirects and Tumblr did maximum 302 from what I remember anyway. Not sure about that though.
