Thought I'd post here as several affiliates have been asking me about which countries to target for this. It is not just France!
Here is the list of the top 5 countries where our sales are coming from at the moment:

France - 52%
Canada - 14%
Belgium - 10%
Switzerland - 7%
Lesser Antilles (e.g. Guadeloupe and Martinique) - 7%
Others - 10%
