your links are safe for new sites - right?
whats about the content of your .de websites? is it native german or english content just with a german anchor?
i think it would not look naturally if the content is not the same language as the content on the money-site.

Yes these are safe for new sites and actually it will pick up quite good, but please keep in mind that now it takes more for new sites to see some movement.And yes these will be in german language.
