I have placed the order for $199 for no hold account! he never checked what we ordered, so he sent an account to me, I just got the VPN for $30 to use that Paypal and started receiving the payments (250$, till the payment is with him, becuase he changed the password for this Paypal) its hold, when i ask him regarding this he will reply me after 3 days like sorry i sent a wrong account will replace it( so the $30 for the VPN is gone , When i said i have paid for your mistake, he simply replied like its part of business.) and $15 for new IP ( total $45 ) first he sent one account! Then he sent another account, I have asked him 3 times to confirm its a no-hold PayPal before using that account. He said yes you can use it there is no problem in it!

When I started using that account, PayPal is showing the notification like I need to verify the account for receiving the payments, It was supposed to be a verified account as he promised. im asking about this issue to him from beginning of the day, he is online but he is not ready to reply me.

Worst support post purchasing the order. I need my money back including the $250 that was holded in that paypal which he has changed the password.

Ebay acc was suspended. I thought it is just because $4 debt. Ask him to pay. he said that I have to pay it. But then he said ok and sent money to paypal. Today I've tried to pay but found that acc is blocked indefinetely! Theere was a message on 24th, but firts time I accessed acc was on 26th. I've sent him a message on skype. Will see how he resolves that issue. It is my first time I'm buying something from that seller.I didn't list, didn't do anything on acc. The other problem is that I already paid for IP address about $60. Will I need a new one?

One question to you guys, how do you access google voice and gmail? both asking for phone verification? I tried to access gmail first but it asked me for phone veryfication. Then I thought I can get it from google voice(never used it as it is a US service), filled all the fields but it is asking for phone veryfication too. Sorry I just don't know where to ask that question because it is so specific and related to stealth acc and I'm not the one who created gmail\google voice.
