As I understand, ebay raises your limits, when you have good feedback history. 1000 item limit, for a normal user would take several months to gain(maybe even call support for that)

You stated that international users shouldn't buy the accounts, if they don't have a US bank account. I'm an international user, but have a US bank account, I can withdraw money from paypal without a problem, but here's a serious question. I don't have a TAX ID, as I'm not a US citizen. PayPal asks for TAX ID after you have $20,000 generated in sales, or 200 items sold in year(any one of these). what to do next? what's the reason for high limit account, if I won't be able to sell more than 200 items in year? or there is a turnaround for that?

If you really can help with this situation, you will have a guaranteed customer. I will buy your best account just let me know, that I won't have problems with PayPal asking me TAX ID, which I don't have.

If it's about opening an LLC, I'm already aware of that method and it doesn't work in my case.
