I have bought several articles a while ago ( total of 150 USD ) but they were delayed even after waiting for a while. I received 20 articles that were of very bad quality and I requested a refund since I didn't want to deal with waiting for as long as in the beginning, giving the seller the opportunity to not refund me for the 20 articles he delivered, but for the rest.

I was also absent for a while due to personal health issues so I couldn't pressure for the fast delivery of the articles.

Please respond to your skype so I can get the refund I requested since it's been so long the articles haven't been delivered and it's of no use after so long.

Update :

Escalating my case to Paypal since the seller hasn't responded on Skype and hasn't been active on BHW long before ( 10 days ) his inactivity on Skype.
