Hi, Yes, you did buy the Like Jacker and then went and opened a dispute with PayPal using the reason as "Significantly Not As Described" and your reason for this was??
Yeah, classic. You thought that the feature of the Like Jacker being able to Like Jack multiple pages meant that it could Like Jack more than one page with one click. I mean, seriously dude?!
As explained, you can enter a list of FB pages and the Jacker will work through that list in turn. But rather than contacting us via here or the support desk you chose to open a dispute with PayPal claiming the plugin isn't as described when it's actually exactly as described.
You simply didn't understand the features of the Jacker so the dispute should never have been opened. And in the dispute you said you wanted a refund so you could buy one of our other tools. And now you choose to ask the question that you should have asked before you bought it? Seriously!?
I'm done selling decent black hat tools to people that don't have a clue about them. You won't be buying any more of our tools! and FFS you bought the Like Jacker on March 3rd which 6 weeks ago and now, only now, you choose to raise this point? You obviously are just out to scam people and what you really wanted was to swap the Like Jacker for the Follow Jacker.
And you know what, IF you had of been upfront and showed some integrity about this I would have actually swapped the Like Jacker for the Follow Jacker for you. As it is I have refunded your payment and I will openly tell you NOT to buy any of our other tools!!

hi sez you just got me wrong.i just wanted to buy follow jacker instead of like jacker,becuase i want to build a facebook id inststead of multiple page.in my expierence facebook id work better than facebook page.if the like jacker need me again i will buy it again.i have refunded becuase at this moment i havent enough money to buy two plugin at the same time ! i am begeiner!

Short version: "No, I didn't get you wrong. In fact I was 100% spot on with everything I said and you have just proved that with your last post."
Long Version:
And the truth shall set you free!! So point proven then by your own admission. You opened the dispute with PayPal claiming the plugin was "significantly not as described" and rambled on about how the plugin has a feature that doesn't work which you know is false but you still went ahead and made that claim as the reason you wanted a refund.
1) You bought the Like Jacker 6 weeks ago and it took you that long to raise the issue you raised
2) You raised an issue that you knew was false
3) You just admitted here the reason you wanted a refund was because you wanted to buy the Follow Jacker but couldn't afford it unless you had a refund for the Like Jacker
4) You clearly missed my point when I said I didn't want you as a customer because in your dishonest manner you realised that I blocked your PayPal email from buying our products so you changed to a different PayPal email address
Bottom line, when we do business we do it in an honest and open way or we don't do business together.
It's called morals, integrity, decency and honesty - all of these are words I suggest you look up in a dictionary and apply them to your business ethics.
You won't buy the Like Jacker again and you won't use any of our tools again because you sir are not a person we wish to have any connection with.
I have no time or respect for a person who is dishonest.

Which part of this are you not getting?! I don't want you as a customer. I don't like your ethics and I don't wish to do business with you. Allow me to refund your purchase of the Like Jacker as you stated in your dispute with PayPal last that it was "Significantly Not As Described".
If that was the case the why the hell have you just bought it again?!
There is nothing to say that in another 6 weeks you won't open another dispute with PayPal again which reflects bad on us as a business which is why I said I didn't want you to purchase any more of our tools.
And of course people may refund but you opened a dispute with PayPal using false reasons that you knew were false. I will not withdraw anything that I have said!

Yes, 6 weeks after using the Like Jacker you decided you would prefer the Follow Jacker instead but instead of opening a ticket and saying "Look guys, this is how it is can I swap the Like Jacker for the Follow Jacker" and the answer would have been "yes" because we have done it for other customers.
That's how we run our business, with honesty and openess and we're right there to help customers where ever we can. You maybe don't realise just how frustrating and annoying it is to see someone open a dispute with your payment processor and make false claims.
Yeah, I am annoyed but I have more respect for you from your last post compared to your previous posts. I just wish you had of came to us to explain things so we could have helped you with what you wanted. There was no need to go the route you went. I would have happily swapped the Like Jacker to the Follow Jacker for you.
