When you install the Follow Jacker on your WP site you can choose one FB Profile that you want the Jacker to get Followers for. It cannot, at the moment, rotate through a list of FB Profiles to get Followers.

Followers do see your posts more than what someone would do if they had liked your FB page. You should reach more people if they are followers than if they were fans of your page but FB has its own algorithms for working out how many of your followers should see your posts so I can't say that every follower will always see every post you make.
