Bought ubot a few days ago. The software is great! From a web dev standpoint it takes some getting used to since I'm not writing any code or functions but it's a great piece of software!
Honestly, anyone can use this if they take the time to watch the videos on how to use it. Basic to advanced users.

whats the cause of this error: http://cl.ly/0q1z1g2a151n It happens on multiple bots I purchase from ubot devs and across different servers. The devs all blame ubot for it. Please advise

I haven't seen that error in any bots I've created or bought so I'm not sure. What is the bot doing when it does that? I am a co-owner of the External Browser plugin
and this would be solved by using that plugin instead of the default browser. Sorry but I'm not sure. You can have the developer put in a ticket to see what may be
happening.

Purchased the standard edition and dl'd and such but can't login. Enter my info in and about 5 minutes later "exception to the web server" or something along those lines, than it closes me out. Any suggestions?

The first time you run UBot Studio, it requires several minutes of downloading files. If it's erroring somewhere in that process, there could be something blocking the connection (Firewall, etc). You could also have a slow connection that is causing a problem, though this is rare.

1) Find %APPDATA%(open windows explorer and paste the path into the address bar), select the Roaming folder and Delete the folder named UBot Studio.

2) If you have an anti virus installed, please make an exception for UBot Studio to see if that affects the start up.

3) Re-install UBot Studio.

If this doesn't solve the issue, please let our support staff know at support.ubotstudio.com. They have more tricks up their sleeve!

Hey, I just bought Ubot Developer Studio having issues with creating bots.

1. https://e.mail.ru/cgi-bin/signup

I having problem signing up this mail ru as there are same html id.

2. How can I set username or password length? I see that the password length from account function is too long. I want to set to 7-9 characters.

3. How can I copy and paste code from one browser to another. I need to do this. For example, copy an image from a site to my WP site.

4. I want to let user insert their own proxy and test it for program to use how can I do this?

I really need help on this, as I bought Ubot Studio for this purpose.
