Resolving this with the provider over Skype but progress has been slow so far (1 reply per 1-2 days).

The cards are still working with bing for most people, some people get errors or their accounts limited after some time has passed. I can't give any guarantees that you can get your bing accounts to work if you are not using the right methods. Whether or not the cards work depend on so many ohter factors, not just VCC.

I can't give any guarantees that you can get your bing accounts to work, bing is very tricky and you need to use the right methods (but I don't even know what the best methods are). Whether or not the cards/accounts work depend on so many ohter factors, not just the VCC. I am always replying all chats on Skype within a day, maybe not over the weekend, when I'm often away from the computer.

Seller makes up for it by providing free replacements and they are working so far. Will definitely pay half for these as he has shown great support (offering free ones rather than running away or dismissing the problem). Great support always makes things easier. Will continue to buy from him.
