I don't know much, but do you mean the account balance on the VCC is 0.01$? Also, if after verifying my PayPal and I wanted to withdraw money from it to my bank here, how would I do that? Yes the balance on these cheap $1 vccs is $0.01. It is not enough to verify paypal. I don't know how you can withdraw money from your paypal, it depends on your PP country and the available withdrawal options. You can't withdraw from your paypal to any of the VCCs provided by me.

Do Your VCC work with Bing? Will there be any refund if it doesn't work with bing?

I have 2 different cards that work with Bing. I will replace once, if the card doesn't get accepted. But I don't like to give guarantees for Bing because accounts get banned for 101 different reasons that have nothing to do with the VCC. If you are not 100% sure you know how to create Bing accounts safely, I'm happy to sell you accounts instead.
Since creating this thread I have added many ohter cards to my list, so I have vccs from Ukraine, USA, Russia and more.
There are no limits for reloads, but I normally don't like to add more than $1,000 to any card, just to be safe in any case. Cards can be reloaded through me, there is no user interface for customers.
