We simply do not allow illegal content and we are strict about it. Also your hosting would have been unsuspended if you provided us the verification documents but can't because you used fake information when you registered, it was a simple process but you refused to so why complain now ?

@pakman on American servers DMCA rules will apply but if you need no DMCA you can optin for a Canadian server location, this way DMCA rules won't apply. Just write in comments when you register that you want a Canadian server location. Thank You!

And why is it not possible to select Canadian IP in Cart? Only Eu und US is possible if you select shared webhosting.
