Hello, I am interested in a hosting solution for a slow growth project.
For the moment the cheapest webhosting package will do just fine but I am concerned about upgrades in the future.
I have three questions.

First: Where in Europe are the webhosting servers located? (I can only seem to choose between Europe/America, I really DON'T want a German location for the server.)
Second: How easy is it to upgrade to a better package (more email boxes/more domains) in the future outside of the normal payment cycle?
Third: I have my own "premium" SSL certificate for the domain so that I won't need the free one provided by you. Will that be an issue when setting up?
