Could you give a definition of what you consider a blackhat method. For example, some networks don't care what you promote as long as you give the user a file. e.g clash of clans hack, while others only allow 100% working/legitimate files.

We only allow legitimate methods, so hacks (should be noted as cheats instead... advertisers do not take kindly to that word anymore) that actually work like aimbots are totally fine to monetize and PDFs telling you how to earn more points quickly is also fine assuming the user knows what they are getting, fake generators are not. I hope that clarifies more clearly. We look at the overview of how a publisher is promoting vs. just one aspect of their promotion. Let me know if I can answer any additional questions for you!

It's kind of ironic since the picture you have above in the OP shows a Clash of Clans landing page and everybody knows there is no working hack/cheat for that niche. So I also assume those landing pages that you enter the number of gems, username, whatever, etc... and it "generates" for you resources after you completed an offer are banned as well right? Thanks!

It is still bad marketing. Most of the people, when they see CoC landing page content locked, assume it's fake generator or something so they automatically assume that fake generators are ok with the network.
