For the others who have had doubts. I purchased a $20 account without impressions and didn't have any problems using it at all. As long as you:

- Make sure your server IP is either different or protected via Cloudflare or w/e service you use. ((To avoid Bing banning you if your campaigns have been banned too often.))
- Cloak your offers using a quality landing page ((There's no reason NOT to use a cloaker anyways. Bing, Adwords, FB, they all ban you for any reason. You need this to keep your account longer.))
- Do NOT direct link to aff. offer.
- Make sure you ONLY log on to that account using the VPS provided. Don't toy around with it and strictly use it for that.
- Contract some PPC/SEO expert for KW Research and Quality Score control to ensure your landing page willl get your CHEAP impressions and clicks.
- Fresh Domain. Seriously, they're a dollar at GoDaddy even if the transition process is annoying at first.

That's pretty much it. It's always a risk and I'm pretty sure most of anyone who gets banned did not do one of the things mentioned above. I'm more than happy, and sure with these tips all of us can make some money. Thanks again guys.
