I think he is using the plugin developed by Yaros (check my sig).
I bet he bought developer licenses and is now selling ready and functional websites instead of the plugin.
Yaros did work very hard on creating this plugin, and he's a very nice guy.
You shouldn't use someone's work in this way. I notified Yaros. Mods should take a look at this.

Have you ever seen seller all over the internet(even in BHW) selling Amazon stores & various other affiliate stores???

So Go and complain to amazon also most people selling complete amazon stores using their plugin..!

I was one of the first beta testers for this plugin. I know how the sites look. And the demo screenshots that you posted look the same like the templates that the plugin Yaros developed offers.
