Trying to figure out if it' possible to see the landing page on mobile. What good is it to have a FB landing page that doesn't show on mobile, since most users are accessing FB via their handheld devices.

To make the landing page work for mobiles, all you have to do is add: ?ref=ts

at the end of your tab link.

Send people to this link, then both desktop and mobile users can see it.

I also PM'ed you the answer to your other query.

What you did was purchase 2 packages, the trial one which bills in 3 days and another one through the website.

Yes you can create it for someone else. This includes a developer license. What you do is have the client make you admin of their page and then you can create a page for them with Page Flame.
