I purchased $29 package in which I got 26 internal Pages links out of which only 20 were valid and other we having 404 error or no link on the page. Also it's been 5 days since I purchased and cannot see any single improvement. And to be frank I chose very less competitive keyword and still cannot see improvement. Not telling that links aren't good (Links are good) but service is not worthy as described.

These links do work, obviously ranking depends on your on site factors and links and other factors, I work with clients to help them sort out the other factors.
