Babypar and I are friends and business partners on a few other ventures and he asked me to test out the SAPE links he offers. I got exactly what he sells in the test and did not use any other SEO on the sites to see what these, and these alone, would do to a site.
Part of the testing was done as a favor so he could see how they reacted to my test sites and part was "here are some links, Greg, have fun with them." Typical review copy stuff.
So over the past month I used them on 2 different sites; one is a local site and one was for a global site. The local one has no citations, Web 2.0s, nothing... a pure test of them without any other backlinking. Anyone that knows me knows I would never do that over the long term but for testing purposes I used them as a stand alone... in fact that is how I do all of my testing on various links and link processes and have for years.
Site 1 - local site: I built the site with no business in mind and thus there is not even a phone or address on the site. It is a service business site that has decent content on it and, except for no business name/address/phone, it is built for a local enterprise. Here are the results from Kevin's SAPE links alone:
With the exception of no name address or phone, the rest of the on site is pretty tight as I do a ton of SEO and much of that is local SEO but as to off site, all I used were Babypar's SAPE links which are offered in this BST.
Site 2, the Global site is the same... strong on site but nothing at all as to off site SEO. Again, this is how I test EVERY link process for my sites and not what I would ever do to a site that I owned or one that I served as I would have a variety of other backlinks to them as I believe in a well rounded backlink infrstructure.
This is a very high quality SAPE link and Kevin does an excellent job in filtering out the garbage SAPE links that are out there and can sneak in on you.
Again, NOTHING at all was done to these sites except good on site SEO and Babypar's SAPE links.
