Lol, I laugh at myself and sometimes on the half knowledge of people here who give un-wanted and un-asked advice to people. Tagged is a hidden gem for marketers in adult niche which you will know only if you have ever promoted anything in the adult niche. Since you already dismissed tagged as waste of time, I can say how much experience you have in adult niche
Honestly, he's right.. Tagged is a waste of time.. I have been in the adult niche for a while now and never had any success on Tagged. The site is soooo strict that you'll be banned in no time and lucky if you can even get your messages through.
I got my success from MeetMe but now that too is a waste. Sites like these are cracking down hard. Not to mention adult content is not allowed now on Tumblr or Blogger so now if people want to enter the adult niche you NEED hosting which gets expensive.

tagged works for the adult niche just like any other social media site or even better, if you know your way around it, is it easy? no, but don't say it's not working, just because you can't make it work
if you couldn't get your messages through, that's only because of one reason: the messages aren't well-spun and they're getting blocked, because you're trying to send a lot of messages with the same url for instance, that's not how it's done
they're cracking down, yea, now they're ghosting accs, so it definitely got harder, but still far from impossible
your info is outdated on Google not allowing adult on blogger, they backed down, but at least i know where this is coming from, however i have no clue where do you get the idea about tumblr not allowing adult content?!
