Great plugin, I've been using it for a while. One question, google is asking webmaster to give them access CSS and JS Files by putting the following in robots.txt file:

User-Agent: Googlebot
Allow: .js
Allow: .css

If I do that will this affect in anyway the functionality of this plugin?

Indeed you are right the plugin will always load the links properly to real visitors I would suggest emailing support at http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ and let em take a look at your current setup I'm sure that they will solve your issue and if not a refund will be granted of course but I would like to point that this is not natural and it should be an easy fix if you email support
