ok, on different VPSs update running differently. One of 3 of my VPS not starting update at all. WIN Server 2012

I was charged twice. I want a refund for today's transaction please.

All the transactions are managed by Paypal, not by us. Maybe you made it twice, but charged twice if you only purchase once... I don't think so.
Create a ticket in our help desk, providing email used to purchase to check the Paypal report.

Well i am running this software a few weeks now and i only see software crashes, bad updates and i see CTR differences in google webmaster tool, BUT the ranking position stays the same. Anyone else sees this software is working or have any doubts?

I have had problems with it crashing, restarting, and constantly updating over and over again! Waste of time and money! I created a ticket two days ago and still no reply... after today its a paypal dispute I think

We clearly state in our Help Desk that it works from Monday to Friday. I think we need to connect with your VPS via remote desktop or via TeamViewer to test whats going on.

This seller does not seem to read peoples concerns here. I have opened a paypal dispute and he refused the refund telling me I have a VPS and to provide him the login information. I dont have a VPS nor am I willing to let a stranger access my computer remotely who only uses a gmail account for his paypal business email. No business address just a gmail account email...
He claims in the paypal dispute that they offer a 3 day trial to test the software. He claims I refused the option of the trial but instead decided to buy it. Within 24 hours I requested a refund due to the software being very buggy. He refused the refund even though its less than the 3 days he claims is acceptable to trial the software anyway.
I told him I did not want to harm his sales and tried to work it out with him via his support ticketing system but he refused the refund so im forced to post here and let other potential buyers know what this seller is like

In first place you purchase the software skipping the 3 days trial. We clearly states that if a buyer skipp the trial, we do not offer refunds, go to the sales page and read it again please.

Originally we sell a $5 USD 3 days trial and AFTER that you purchase the annual licence. But some people ask to purchase directly without the trial. That does NOT mean that in that case, the first 3 days will be a trial.

You, in your case, purchase without the trial and the sales pages is clear in that, don't try to cheat please.

No, no. We offer a $5 USD 3 days trial, you skipp it. The sales page is clear, don't try to ask for the 3 days trial when you don't purchase that.

This shows that you are trying to generate confussion.

You don't purchase the trial and now are trying to ask for a refund.

In second place, you HelpDesk and Paypal messages are full of bad manners and insults, something that explains much to us in our experience.

You do not read or do not follow the instructions, that is your problem. You are surprised that the software uses Captcha resolving, proxies or that we use TeamViewer to give online support !!

We do not use a gmail, our paypal email address are from a website of a very well known software, and we have more websites, per example, the one with the Help Desk.

The *ONLY* real report from your side was some apparently problem with the update, and we offer to connect with you using Team Viewer. If you think that is something unusuall, you only shows again why you can't run the software: because your lack of knowledge and/or experience. TeamViewer is almost a standard way to offer support in the VPS. But again, you don't even have a VPS and 'you are not willing to let a stranger to access to your computer', you don't allow us to provide support. That explains everything.

We provide TeamViewer support every day, we have hundreds of customers that received our TeamViewer support succesfully and that are happy with our TeamViewer support.


We will not start a discussion here, you make your point and we answer you, end. This is not a discussion thread, we will not answer anything else in this thread, we have our HelpDesk for that.

Your reply highlights the lack of professionalism you have. Imagine the hurt you arguing publicly is doing to your sales. I asked for a refund due to buggy software within the 3 day trial period. Your website says "no refunds, the trial period is sufficient to test the product" you are in clear breach of your own terms.
No point arguing here as you say, you have shown the type of business person you are here for all to see. You are arguing over software worth less than $40. You are publicly claiming it is me who is at fault and that I dont have the knowledge to use your software. You are also refusing a refund even though its within the 3 days your terms specify. You also claim I opted out of this trial somehow? I dont see any option for that on your website how or why would someone do that? When you click buy now on your website it clearly states its 3 days for free then you are billed. I was billed straight away so have you changed this?

Either way like I said you have proven the type of person you are. Im not fussed about $40 its the principle that someone thinks they can rob me by providing buggy software. Lets see what paypal has to say with the dispute. It goes to show how short sighted you are though with your approach to business. Forcing me to have to post on your sales thread publicly may potentially cost you much more than the $39 you could have just refunded. Whats the point when your terms claims you offer 3 trial days anyway? You have a poor approach to business and after sales and technical support.

You are totally wrong, everywhere our licence are annually. Some market places does not offer the yearly suscriptions option, but in thast case they will have to purchase again the next year manually. I answered you i PM before, i dont know why you insist, please stop this kind of discussion. In fact we offer here a better price that in some other places that i will not mention.

Yes.
Its not the same to improve the CTR of a very competitive keyword, that of a keyword with low competition.

In our multiple tests, and helping hundreds of customers, we notice that you need a minimum number of daily clicks PER keyword if you want that Google notice it.

Also we notice that giving the SAME amount of daily clicks, Google reports every day a bigger number of clicks.
Its like the sames days it only count a small percent of the received clicks and that percent will grow each day.
Look at the next Google Webmaster Report:

If you notice, the first day it only report 5 impressions and 0 clicks.
Five days latter (giving every day the SAME amount of clicks) Google reports 55 impression and 5 clicks.
At the end of the report it shows 656 daily clicks and more than 5k impressions.
I remind you that we keep a constant number of daily clicks.

This same situation repeats with many customers.

Its like Google just "notice" the clicks after some time and after you pass some threshold.

Some customers ask us: "I had runned the software for 5 days and i cant see anything yet in Webmaster Tools".

Look at the image we showed you and notice that the 5º Google almost ignore our clicks, but at the end, by insisting, we force it to notice our clicks.

NOTICE THAT THE POSITION WAS #46 AT THE BEGGINING AND 18 DAYS AFTER, IT GOES TO POSITION #8

But always, Google goes slow and for some reason (we think that is pure maths) it does not count in a LINEAR way the clicks, it uses some CURVE.
