If you get at least 500 click per day for each keyword, it will work, the time depends on how competitive is your keywords.

I don't know, never tested.
You have to keep in mind that privated or shared proxies does not work, because its the same IP over and over.
Rotating proxies (HTTP Backconnects) are the best option.

Maybe you are calling more threads that the ones you have in your proxies package.

Try to start with a few threads and increase it one by one to detect the limit or purchase a bigger package.
