well, lets wait until this message get noticed.. LOL!
here is my main problem its eating a lot of resources..
Note: I am on 6Cores latest E5 and 8 Gig Ram. and i was shocked IGR is eating all of my resources.
Please do not use this thread for reports.
I explain many times that we have a HelpDesk that has the development needed to follow any report.
Also, about this exact image i already answer to you and explained that most probably you have various threads running at the same time, this cloud be, per example, if you set a very big time to visit the site, then when one internal webbrowser are still opened, it will start running another.
This image that you showed is far from take 8 Gig, each one is the normal memory that each instance of the internal webbrowser will take. Its just a matter of find why its running so much instances at the same time.
Please use the HelpDesk to track this problem that you are facing.
Again
I purchased license two codes from you,
But You send me one code, Why not?
The same, use HelpDesk please and explain with more details.
I have similar issue, except mine cpu shows usage from 30% - 70%
Opened ticket, but
yenerich told me I'm the only one with this problem. Apparently not.
The software could use from 30% to 70% CPU, even less or more, it depends on the settings that you are using.
Run any browser and see how much it takes, and if your settings are running more than one internal browsers, it could take more CPU and memory.
At the moment, the users thinks that UGR is not multhreaded, but in fact it runs several threads in many situations.
Everytime the software finds your site, it triggers a new search at the same time that its still navigating you site, per example. Thats why in some configurations you will find that its running several threads at the same time... and that is not a bug at all.
Its very easy to check if there is a problem with this, just keep visible your internal browsers and watch. Only if some keep opened more time that its suppoused to be opened, could be a failure.
Just keep in mind that if you are using proxies (HMA uses proxies too) the navigation is slower, it does not depends on IGR, but in the proxies.
In a no-proxie usage, a browser contact google.com and do a search and receive a response in less than 1 second.
Using a proxy means that the software contecta a proxy, maybe lockated far away and maybe its slow because maybe many people are using it, and after that the proxy will contact Google and do the search, when the proxy receive the response it will resend it to our browser, all this operation takes time... sometimes, as i already explain, the proxies are slow because most SEO tools use proxies and then many people are using proxies and it makes it to run slow.
With multithreading happends that we have to multiply this more than once, one per each thread, it will consume RAM and CPU.
Thats one of the reasons because usually SEO Tools are runned in VPS and not in the home computers.
