Yes anyone can post. But it does not stick. Sooner o later it gets removed. There is trick to make your content stick. $100 - $150 seems fair price.

Rest all rates are hell over priced. This I can tell by Busiess2community.com and Huffingtonpost.

I have this week a great offer for a premium member, and when i mean premium i don't refer at a simple donor (Just 1 for now, just to see how it goes). Pay for one publication and get another one for free from my list, randomly (my choice).
 
I purchased this same service from a different forum.

I think this is a very unique and rare offering, so I jumped on it. Had a great buying experience and delivered exactly as promised. Constant, clear communication; and was always available over skype. I purchased a link in a top business magazine and it was published in about 2 weeks. Would consider acquiring more placements if my budget allows. This is a good alternative to hiring a traditional PR guy.
