I have been using Twidium for almost a year now. I do twitter marketing for many clients. I typically have about 80 clients on average that I do different tasks for at one time. Most of them I do targeted follow/unfollow, some of them I do their tweets, etc. Twidium has worked well for much of what I do, and it was a life saver when another program I used was no longer usable.
Features I use:
Follow and unfollow is great. There are tons of features/filters so you can narrow it down to target the types of people you want to follow (and then those you want to unfollow). There is a whitelist and a blacklist.
Tweeting is good, I like how I can add my list of tweets, or I can tweet from a file. I like how I can have the tweets spaced out any range I want. I prefer to tweet about once every 30 minutes to once every 2 hours depending on the twitter account and the client's preferences, so it's nice that I can set it to tweet every 35-45 minutes, or whatever I want.
You can also turn off tweeting from 10pm-8am (in your timezone).
The one thing the tweeting feature doesn't do that I would like is to move the top tweet that has been tweeted to the bottom of the list, but there is a solution to that: What you can do is have the tweets tweet "In random order" on the Actions Settings. I just prefer to randomize my own tweets myself and have it tweet in order from the randomized list I created myself. I have asked for the feature of the top tweet automatically moving to the bottom of the list when it is tweeted, but they have not added that feature yet. Hopefully soon! Please
Support is very good. Not always super fast, and I get it because it seems to just be Leonid, and the time it takes him to respond is still reasonable, usually about 1 day. Leonid is awesome and is very helpful. He wants you to have a good experience with the software, and he gives me tips and solutions whenever I'm having a problem.
For instance, I needed help because I have so many accounts and have so many projects that the program was freezing and closing. So he gave me the idea to spread the tasks all out throughout the day. So for each account, I have it start follow projects 20 minutes apart. So one account I'll schedule it to start follows at 6am, and the next account I have it start scheduled to start follows at 6:20am and so on. By spacing out the projects over time, it has dramatically decreased freezing to almost zero, which is a great blessing!
Leonid is quick to solve glitches in the software and come out with new updates, so always contact him and tell him what the problem is. He is there to help
For tweeting from rss feeds, you have to make sure you select "In random order" on the Actions Settings, otherwise it will only tweet blog posts from the rss feed at the top of the list and never move down to tweet from other blogs you have further down on the list.
That's my quick overview of Twidium and I highly recommend it because of all the features it has. Thanks Twidium for making my life so much easier! I only have to spend about an hour a day on work because of tools like Twidium.
If you need any help or would like any tips on how to best use Twidium, you can PM me and I will answer as soon as possible.
Thanks!
