This is full depend from you. If you set the program for follow bots, so you will get bot-followers. If you set searching real users - you will have real users.

You can set 24/7 working - no problems.

For example. You create 2 projects - Mass Following and Unfollowing. Mass Following set start in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Thursday - not actions - waiting follow back. Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Mass Following is not working but working - Unfollowing.

You can set this for all your 200 accounts.
