The high retention views on Youtube views 1 is still working.

I have to leave a bad review for this service. Tried it 4 times and 2 times I recieved nothing. Tried contacting support but nothing was done. Extremely disappointed with service.
The other 2 times that views did in fact go in, I got 12% and 28% retention on videos (even though I purchased high retention. One video was taken down by youtube as well for buying views.
