You are right, it doesn't show it is recurring. I can promise you it will be recurring though, but you are right, it is a mistake. After 3 months you will pay the same price.

I read very carefully and chose quarterly billing cycle but it didn't work. I tried twice and on the skrill payment page the discount didn't show up. And so here I am reflecting the issue.....

You should choose Windows SSD VPS, that is the most optimized. And yes, the coupon code still works - don't forget to Change Billing Cycle to Quarterly.
