Ordered again one VPS,but now cloud.
Have no idea about the order number,but i had to register again,my email was not in the system.
Waiting for setup :)

It's been 7 days and i have yet to get my issue resolved! i asked to get a refund if possible on a serviced i wanted canceled last month and i get charged again for this month! I tried to make use of this server for this month and when i log in my internet connection is cut off! i emailed you guys like 4 times regarding this and you dont respond

I can guarantee that doesn't happen. I mean, you might have an issue, but contacting us 4 times without an answer IS NOT POSSIBLE.

Please send me a PM with your email or name so I can see who you are and solve the issues. If the fault is ours, you will get your refund.

We added new servers to the enviorment so we can keep the quality. I am sorry for the delay, this usually happens once a month. I can give you 6 months of Free Hosting for this issue, please PM me.

HDD VPS take longer to process as we have to do things manually. That is why we have SSD VPS with instant setup time, so you don't have to wait.
