You could take a look at our Cloud VPS plans, you can test any plan or create a custom plan for one week. You pay one week and then you can continue the subscription if you want.

It really depends on what you need the VPS for. There are no comparation terms between Windows or Linux.

If you want a web server to host your website, you should choose Linux.

If you want to have a Windows VPS to use it like you use your personal PC for software, apps, browsing internet, etc, then you must choose Windows.
